We offer a comprehensive service, from design to final approval of all finished parts. Our facilities include a fully equipped modern workshop with state-of-the-art CNC capability, supported by a full range of manual machinery and in-house design using modern CAD/CAM software and injection moulding.
All operations are carried out in accordance with our quality manual, which has been designed to meet the requirements of ISO 9002. We also have tool trial facilities and laser welding on site.

With a workforce that includes 23 time served personnel we have the capability to handle anything from a single tool to a full project containing a full suite of tools. One of our assets is our ability to manage projects for customers, reducing the demands on their time, this includes weekly timing plans and reports to keep them appraised of the progress.
